Veterans Day Statement

For us at Renaissance Global Services, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, Veteran’s Day is personal. Our owners and leadership team consists of Army and Marine Corps veterans that bravely and honorably served in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, and multiple deployments throughout the world. In addition, twenty-four percent of our work force is made up of military veterans from every branch of the armed services and many of our non-veteran employees have sons, daughters, or spouses that have served or are serving.

Veterans, from the Greatest Generation who served in World War II to the patriots of the post-9/11 era, humbly live in our communities and work side-by-side with us. This year, on Veteran’s Day, please take a moment to thank them for their service and acknowledge the sacrifice that they and their families have made and continue to make in the service of this great Nation. These are the brave men and women that have stepped up to defend our Nation and the freedoms guaranteed under the Constitution as well as to bring these same freedoms to people all over the world.

This year is also a historic Veterans Day because it marks the 100th anniversary of the creation of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery, which, like Veteran’s Day originated from World War I.

On this day, stay safe, cherish the time you have with your families and loved ones, and remember to thank a veteran.
