  • Programming with internal clients

  • Prepare capital appropriation request narrative/document for funding

  • Review locations, adjacencies, physical condition, utilities/infrastructure

  • Interview cross functional stakeholders: Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Safety, EHS

  • Contact construction and design firms, review their qualifications and conduct interviews

  • Create an RFP for bid purposes with associated preliminary design plan and drawings

  • Create Bid Tab Evaluation for commercial and technical terms

  • Manage work from inception through turn-over package
